An industry recognized expert in the online automotive space, consultant Dennis Galbraith brings a diverse and extensive background to his Cars.com training sessions.

Most recently, Galbraith served as vice president of dealer products, operations and training at Cars.com, where he steered the company’s strategic product development vision and led Cars.com’s successful dealer product team.

Prior to joining Cars.com, he served as the practice leader for digital marketing within the automotive section at J.D. Power and Associates. He was responsible for the firm’s studies, consulting, and publications regarding online and other digital marketing. Dennis also co-founded the company’s popular Automotive Internet Roundtable.

Dennis has more than 15 years of research management experience covering the automotive, financial services and hospitality industries. Prior to joining J.D. Power and Associates, Dennis was president of Dennis Galbraith Marketing Services for eight years, providing research, consulting and marketing implementation to automobile dealerships and financial institutions. He also was a marketing instructor for both graduate and undergraduate levels at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Dennis has worked extensively in community service, as a member of Kiwanis and the
Chamber of Commerce; as a Planning Commissioner; as a board member for Girl Scouts,
Options for Youth and J.O.B. (workshop for the handicapped); and as a board member for the Selective Service System (appointed by President Bush in 1990).

Additionally, he received a major party nomination to the U.S. Congress in 1988.

Dennis received a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University Dominguez Hills and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
